The IHC Election Forum will be live streamed and photos will be taken at the event that will then be used publicly. Please be aware that the livestream and photos may include people from the audience.
We are collecting this information from you to make sure that there is a space that is right for you at the IHC Election Forum. We keep your information safe by storing it in a password protected system and only allowing staff to access it for organising the event. We keep your information until after the event and then we will securely delete it. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
